These are medium-sized 1/2L dispensers and are suitable for use in the catering trade, large sized families or dinner parties, they can easily cope with heavy regular use. The dispenser includes a 2 year manufactures warranty.
When the dispenser is filled halfway with heavy whipping cream and a cream charger is added it will produce over 1 litre of whipped cream, that's enough cream for quite a few desserts.
To make whipped cream you will need to add nitrous oxide (using cream chargers) and heavy whipping cream in the main body of the cream whipper. Once combined the whipper will hold the 2 components together under pressure. When you squeeze the whipper handle the cream is released and the gas expands causing the cream to whip up to 3 times larger in size.
The cream can be stored for up to 2 weeks in the fridge due to the nitrous oxide being a natural antibiotic.
